Getting Started
OceanLink Pro is exclusively available to Fisker Owners Association (FOA) members. First, you need to join FOA at https://fiskeroa.com/join-foa/. Once you're a FOA member, register your FOA account for OceanLink Pro access at https://register.undercurrent.cloud/.
Yes! OceanLink Pro is available on both platforms. Android users can access the beta version through Google Play Store, while iOS users can join through TestFlight. Download links are provided after FOA registration.
No, you don't need a Fisker account. OceanLink Pro works independently and only requires FOA membership for access.
App Features
Digital Key allows you to control your Fisker Ocean without the FOB or Card. You can lock/unlock doors, start your vehicle, control windows, and release the charge gun directly from your phone with advanced proximity detection.
Yes! OceanLink Pro provides comprehensive monitoring including SOC (State of Charge), energy consumption patterns, 12V battery health, sleep monitoring, and accurate range calculations with real-time updates.
You can remotely start/stop your vehicle, control climate settings, manage charging sessions, and operate various vehicle functions from anywhere with an internet connection.

Technical Support
First, verify that your vehicle is running PKC20. You can check this by navigating to Diagnostics → ECUs Software Version. If PKC20 is installed and the app still can’t connect, it’s likely that your vehicle's security key (BLE key) is outdated.
Check your device's notification settings and ensure OceanLink Pro has permission to send notifications. Also verify that notification preferences are enabled in the app settings.
We regularly release updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Updates are distributed through the respective app stores and TestFlight for iOS beta users.
PKC stands for Phone Key Controller. It’s an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) in the Fisker Ocean responsible for managing secure communication with the key fob, NFC cards, and the OceanLink Pro app.
The BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) Key is a security credential used by the PKC to verify which apps or key fobs are authorized to access and control the vehicle. If the BLE key matches the one stored in the vehicle, access is granted—otherwise, the app or fob will be denied access.
OceanLink Pro’s digital key functionality requires PKC20. You can check your current PKC version by going to Diagnostics → ECUs Software Version.
OS 2.2 and 2.2.3 typically include the PKC20 firmware required for OceanLink Pro.
If your vehicle has PKC20 but the BLE key is incorrect, you have two options:
  • Visit a service provider to retrieve (or “sniff”) the correct BLE key.
  • Wait for PKC21, which is expected to eliminate the need for BLE keys altogether.
PKC21 is a custom software update for the PKC unit, developed by Chevalier Tech exclusively for members of the Fisker Owners Association (FOA).

  • Remote car control through a personal SIM card with cloud support

We use enterprise-grade security measures including encrypted communications, secure data storage, and strict privacy controls to protect your information and vehicle data.
Currently, OceanLink Pro is designed for individual use. Each FOA member gets their own access to the app for their registered vehicle.
Account deletion requests can be submitted through the app settings or by contacting our support team. All associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
